I previously had my daughter in am excellent corporate-sponsored daycare. When I changed jobs my biggest concern was finding a center that was up to my standards. I searched high and low until I happened upon TLE . It had not even opened its doors to students when I took a tour. Of all the centers I toured it was the brightest, cleanest, most adorable place I had seen. If you are coming from a corporate-daycare background as I was, be prepared that private daycare centers (no matter how well-known the name) are not going to have the expansive facilities you are used to. HOWEVER, TLE has large bright classrooms, carpeted areas for floor play, a lovely outdoor playground (with two separate age-appropriate areas, as well as solid fencing around the perimeter so that no "outside" people can see the children) and the crowning touch, Make Believe Boulevard. What a fun, whimsical, and top-notch indoor play area this is! My daughter began a full-time schedule at TLE when she was 3, and responds positively to her teachers and classmates in a way that makes me truly happy to see. In addition, TLE also was the only center I visited that had a computerized check-in process, almost identical to that used by my daughter's old center. This added security measure really contributes to my overall comfort level with her care. The staff have been accommodating and helpful at every turn. I do not hesitate to recommend TLE to my friends with similar age children. (as I unfamiliar with any other component).
